Terms and Conditions

Returns, exchanges and our money-back guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If anything on this page differs from those policies, those policies apply. In summary:

• Money-back guarantee: 90 days from delivery on 3- and 6-bottle plans, and 30 days from delivery on 1- and 2-bottle plans and one-time orders. It covers first orders by new customers only (one claim per household) after you have taken Recov as directed for at least 21 days. Send back any remaining product, opened or not. Return postage isn’t refunded. We may offer a short call to help first; it’s optional.
• Refunds: we refund the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return.
• Ordered the wrong item: email us. Items must be returned unused in their original packaging, at your cost, and we’ll exchange or refund them once received.
• Faulty, damaged or not as described: email us and we’ll make it right, including postage.

To start a claim, return or exchange, email management@recovfaster.com with your order number. We’ll reply with the return address and next steps.

Please Note:

1. We cannot process or refund packages marked “Return to Sender.”

2. Our dispatch department will not accept any packages marked return to sender or COD.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Nothing on this page limits those rights.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at checkout, before the goods are dispatched, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Subscriptions are charged automatically on each renewal date until you cancel, as set out in our Cancellation Policy.

Privacy Policy

Reviews and Posts

Visitors may post reviews, comments, send communications, submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.” You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content. Recov reserves the right to remove or edit such content,

Recov has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. If you do post content or submit material, you grant Recov a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence and right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content as it sees fit, throughout the world in any media. You grant Recov the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You represent and warrant that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy; that it does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Recov for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Email

To improve your experience as a Recov site member, we may send out message notifications, newsletters and site announcements. You can select to opt-out of receiving communications (except direct emails from administration, system communications, or communications required for account purposes).

When you become a member of the Recov Club, you will automatically be registered to receive promotional offers and updates, via e-mail from Recov. may have links to affiliate websites. Some of these websites contain our trademarks and other intellectual property. If you visit these other websites, regardless of whether or not they contain our brand names, trademarks and other intellectual property, please be aware that Recov have no control over these websites or their business practices, and that this privacy policy is not applicable to or cover content or offers made by these sites.

At any time, members may choose not to receive promotional e-mails from Recov, or partners of Recov by following the “unsubscribe” instructions in the applicable e-mail. Recov may continue to contact its members for the purpose of communicating information about their membership to Recov, as well as to facilitate, complete or confirm any transaction that our members’ enter into.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Recov may amend this Policy, in whole or in part thereof, at its discretion. Any changes to this Policy will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on Recov owned websites.
