Subscriptions and cancellations

Recov subscriptions renew automatically at the frequency you choose at checkout (every 4, 8 or 12 weeks). You're charged the subscription price shown at checkout on each renewal date until you cancel.

• Cancel anytime: log in to Manage Subscription at recovfaster.com/tools/recurring/login, or email management@recovfaster.com. There are no cancellation fees and no minimum number of orders.
• Timing: cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Orders already charged or dispatched will still be delivered.
• Pause, skip or change: you can skip a delivery, change how often it ships, or swap your box size from the same page at any time.
• Price changes: if the subscription price changes, we'll email you before your next renewal so you can cancel if you choose.
• Refunds: renewal orders aren't covered by our money-back guarantee, which applies to first orders only. See our refund policy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
