Protein for tennis and padel players
For tennis and padel players, Recov is a complete protein you can take on court with water. It carries all 20 amino acids in tablet form, so you can take it with water between matches instead of mixing a shake.

Your whole bloodstream carries only 2–3g of amino acids at any moment. Six tablets of Recov deliver roughly that entire amount, already broken down into small peptides your body absorbs directly.
Common questions
How many on match days?
If you train 3–5 times a week, the chart is 8–12 a day; if you train or play most days or you're in a heavy block, it's 12–18. On training days the chart is 2 tablets on waking, 4 before your session and 2 after, adding 4 before bed on heavier days.
How much protein should I aim for?
The International Society of Sports Nutrition recommends 1.4–2.0 g of protein per kilogram of body weight a day for most people who exercise, spread across the day.
Will it sit heavy between matches?
It's tablets and water, with no shake, sweeteners or lactose, so there is no big drink in your stomach when you're back on court.
Is there anything I should check first?
Recov is made from porcine (pig) plasma protein, so it isn't suitable for vegans or vegetarians, for halal or kosher diets, or for anyone with a mammalian meat allergy. If you manage a health condition or take prescription medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding Recov or any other supplement.
