Protein for golfers
Recov is a complete protein you can take on the course with a sip of water. It carries all 20 amino acids in tablet form, so there is no shaker to carry around 18 holes.

Your whole bloodstream carries only 2–3g of amino acids at any moment. Six tablets of Recov deliver roughly that entire amount, already broken down into small peptides your body absorbs directly.
Common questions
When do golfers take Recov?
The chart has three levels: 6 a day for everyday health, 8–12 if you train 3–5 times a week, and 12–18 if you train most days or are in a heavy block. On training days the chart is 2 tablets on waking, 4 before your session and 2 after, adding 4 before bed on heavier days.
Why a complete protein?
A complete protein supplies all the essential amino acids your body can't make. Recov carries all 20 amino acids, essential and non-essential.
How much protein should I aim for?
The International Society of Sports Nutrition recommends 1.4–2.0 g of protein per kilogram of body weight a day for most people who exercise, spread across the day.
Is there anything I should check first?
Recov is made from porcine (pig) plasma protein, so it isn't suitable for vegans or vegetarians, for halal or kosher diets, or for anyone with a mammalian meat allergy. If you manage a health condition or take prescription medication, check with your doctor or pharmacist before adding Recov or any other supplement.
