Post-workout protein tablets

If you want protein after training but don't want to carry a shake, Recov is a complete protein in tablets. It carries all 20 amino acids, already broken down into di- and tri-peptides, and you take it with a glass of water straight after your session.

Your whole bloodstream carries only 2–3g of amino acids at any moment. Six tablets of Recov deliver roughly that entire amount, already broken down into small peptides your body absorbs directly.

Common questions

How many tablets do I take around training?

On training days the chart is 2 tablets on waking, 4 before your session and 2 after, adding 4 before bed on heavier days. That is the 8–12 a day training range; harder blocks sit at 12–18.

Do I need protein straight after training?

The International Society of Sports Nutrition recommends 1.4–2.0 g of protein per kilogram of body weight a day for most people who exercise, spread across the day. A post-session serve is one easy way to get part of that total in.

Can I still have a meal after training?

Yes. Recov sits alongside a protein-rich diet. It covers the gap between the session and your next meal.

What's in it?

Pre-digested plasma protein with all 20 amino acids. Recov has no flavours, sweeteners or colours, so there is nothing to taste. Recov is made from porcine (pig) plasma protein, so it isn't suitable for vegans or vegetarians, for halal or kosher diets, or for anyone with a mammalian meat allergy.

What does it cost?

A 180-tablet bottle is $119.95 as a one-time order, or from $79.95 a bottle on Subscribe & save, which takes up to 33% off. Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $99, and you can pause or cancel a subscription anytime.
